The standout, however, was the assistant nurse Hilal. Her warm welcome, attentiveness, and genuine care made the experience truly exceptional. I have had two very positive experiences with MCAN, all the staff were polite, helpful and all went the extra mile to make me feel comfortable. Hilal was an amazing communicator and was always happy to answer any of my questions. The transportation team were very punctual and always asked if I had any luggage I needed carrying. From day one dr furkan has been amazing with me talking me through all the procedures from getting picked up from the airport to the hotel n clinic etc. if you have questions to ask even early hours in morning he will help you much as he can he doesn’t hesitate. The day I was getting my hair transplant they look after you like you are royalty honestly I was there for 9 hours n I didn’t wanna leave with the way they was treating me I felt like a king👑 they even cooked me a delicious meal from scratch for dinner they didn’t have to do it as I brought a little munch but the made sure I ate proper food. From start to finish it was an absolute pleasure letting this guys work on me and I will be back next year for my teeth I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else. After several years of wanting to sort out my aging yellowing teeth the final push came when my partner of 2 years also wanted some work done so we took that leap of faith 🙏🏽. Spent a lot of time researching clinics in Turkey but all seemed pretty generic so just dived in on what caught our eye at the time. One simple click of the button and the response was almost immediate, so much so that it made me a little weary of the eagerness but had to put that pessimistic view of things to one side and just roll with it. And wow my partner and I were glad we did, in spite of my pessimism and borderline rudeness on my part, Furkan was extremely patient and had a lot of time for us even exchanging messages at weekends and very late in the evenings to walk us through all of our concerns. We finally agreed a date that fitted around my work schedules, again Furkan was unbelievably helpful with that to ensure in spite of a lot of work for the pair of us, was able to carry out procedure in the shortest amount of time possible, 5 days to be precise. Furkan and the team from Mcan organised everything from logistics to and from airport and clinics to accommodation. The hotel was 5 star ish but the finer details were down to the hotel and not Mcan so shouldn’t complain . So the procedure of full Hollywood smiles for both my fiancé and I started the day after arrival, I’m not going to pretend it was completely pain free, I mean who enjoys going to the dentist when you are not in trouble 🤷🏽‍♂️ but we were well looked after. A special mention to the absolutely adorable Diyaz who was our doctor preforming all works, she’s teeny tiny which made you feel less intimidated but more importantly she’s absolutely brilliant and we couldn’t have wished for a nicer doctor, world class 👌. Throughout the whole stay we were regularly informed of what to expect and kept in the loop with timings, collections, and the usual who, why, where and what Q&A. To add to all of that we were in Istanbul one of the craziest cities I’ve been to in recent years, London meets NY meets Rome with a sprinkling of Paris, it’s absolutely bonkers which suited us to a tee when not at the clinic. So apologies for the rambling but sometimes these reviews don’t really say much (unlike mine 😅) but if you’ve been thinking about getting your teeth sorted don’t waste time on the internet get in touch with Furkan and let him make your dreams come true …. a little cheesy but he does just that 🙏🏽. Good work team Mcan I’m off to pretend I’m 10 years younger 😏x

I had a face (without the forehead) neck lift and eye lower eyelid tightening in March 2024. After the operation I had no pain at all and did not need any painkillers. The nurses came every day to the hotel and were absolutely lovely and very helpful the same goes by the way also for the drivers and my personal consultant thank you so much for your daily support. After two weeks I went home as I wanted to stay longer than one week in case I had some complications. Now it has been almost 6 months after the operation I have to say the result is really good. The neck part could have been done more as it still has some skin left and also the left side of my face could be tighter. I contacted MCAN and they told me to send them pictures what I did and I also made a video but they insisted that I send them the ones from up and down left and right. Again I send them more pictures but they were still not happy with it so I asked for a video call with my doctor. First they said yes but afterwards I did not get the chance to have a video call at all. In my opinion the after care of MCAN is a bit lacking what is really a pity as everything else was really great. I plan to go again in April next year and then I will get the chance to talk to my doctor in person.
