Fantastic service the staff there were fantastic with me made my operation as smooth as possible

Happy with my teeth the staff and dentists are lovely people,made me feel welcome and I made some new friends. Would like to thank cansu, goodjob, and TAARRRIKKK and his lovely wife Diyaz(the dentist) and the drivers who always go above and beyond opening the doors for you and making life a little easier. I enquired about a thigh lift and liposuction via instagram and continued my enquiry through WhatsApp. The price I was given I was told included a companion, where there are no hidden costs and all I was responsible for was booking my flights. My itinerary arrived which didn’t include the liposuction. I enquired about this and was told this was included in the price. The surgeon came to assess me and drew me up, as I am sat on the bed in my gown, I was told I needed to pay extra for the liposuction. I disputed this and showed the Mcan rep the text messages I had to confirm liposuction was included in the package I paid. She said because I needed more than 1litre of fat removing I needed to pay an additional fee of €1,400, the surgeon said I needed it and wouldn’t perform the surgery without it. I refused to pay and they said the surgeon agreed to pay it, but could I pay the hospital fee of €750, which I reluctantly agreed to pay. When I was discharged from the Dr, he told me he took less than 1 litre of fat from each leg, so it sounds like I paid the additional fee for nothing which is very disappointing. The hospital stay its self was excellent, the hospital was spotless and the nurses couldn’t do enough for me. The hotel was a mixture, the lobby and building its self was lovely but the rooms were shabby and not what I expected. I had to pay an extra £35 per night to have a companion stay with me and had to pay for my medication, on top of my package fee. My experience with Mcan is that there are hidden fees, this really impacted on my experience and I would think twice about booking with them again.

Mcan looked after me very well ,from moment I was picked up from airport the procedure went very well ,and was performed skillfully,can hardly tell I have had transplant .

Mi mejor experiencia!!! No solo cambiaron mi vida sino que me devolvieron mi seguridad, autoestima ya que se mejoró mucho mi imagen, he viajado dos veces y ambos procedimientos han sido exitosos. Recalco la calidad humana, la seguridad, el servicio al cliente. Todo el personal de la clínica muy atento cuidando de cada detalle. No tengo como agradecer lo que han hecho por mi, el costo no supera todo lo que he recibido durante mi estadía! Gracias MC Can.

I had a tummy tuck with Mcan, Arda who explained everything about my surgery and put my mind at ease with all my questions, he arranged the hotel and transport which was perfect. Dr Dundar and Cansu my nurse are both amazing and talented people. After my surgery, I was happy and finally done what I wanted for long time. I had 2 lymphatic massage with Hilal, she is amazing and very skilled in her role.The clinic is very clean and the staff are very polite. My experience was amazing.

Outstanding from start to finish, my journey started a difficult one. Seyma and selin couldn’t do enough to make sure everything went smoothly, the care you receive is excellent, I would highly recommend this company for any cosmetic procedures

I had an amazing experience with MCan clinic. The nurses service was top-notch. Cansu is particularly skilled in prioritising her workload to meet the dynamic and complex needs our patients. Cansu shows exceptional attention to detail trough the precision and accuracy of her documentation. Very big thanks to surgeon Serhat Dundar who make me satisfied with my look. Estoy muy satisfecha con el resultado de mi tratamiento dental, la doctora es muy profesional, mi comunicadora fue Canșu, es una chica muy dulce y está muy dispuesta a responder mis preguntas, ha sido super especial. Ömer fue mi conductor y fue muy bueno conmigo, super puntual. El hotel que escogieron para mí estuvo genial "Dedeman", muy bien situado para hacer un poco de turismo. En general super satisfecha, lo recomendaré.
