The Mcan Health nurses are simply phenomenal. Their kindness, expertise, and genuine care left me in awe. I can't say enough about their attentiveness and how they contributed to my smooth recovery. Special shout-outs to Selin, the patient experience specialist, and Gigi. Selin was my rock throughout my post-op journey, visiting me daily at the hotel and always available on WhatsApp, even on her days off! Her kindness and cheerful personality made every day brighter. Gigi, whose first patient I was, went above and beyond, from escorting me to the hospital to staying by my side during preparation - literally holding my hand. She’s truly an angel, and I wish her nothing but the best. Dr. Dundar is a master of his craft. Despite the complexity of my breast reduction, which involved removing 2.35 kg of tissue, he managed to preserve my chances of breastfeeding in the future, something deeply important to me. He was professional, attentive, and always took my needs and preferences seriously while also bringing humor and lightheartedness to each interaction. I am beyond thrilled with my results—they are nothing short of a masterpiece! The wider team at Mcan Health also deserves praise. The other nurses, Cansu, Cagla, and Hilal, were so kind and spoke perfect English, adding to the ease of my experience. Though I didn’t meet her in person, Sayma was a tremendous help in organizing the trip and handling all the administrative tasks, offering reassurance and moral support from afar. I also had the pleasure of meeting Arda, the operation manager at their clinic, who made me feel completely at ease and shared valuable advice and tips. The Hospital were I had the surgery is modern and beautifully designed, and the high-end hotel they arranged for my stay made my recovery comfortable and luxurious. Every aspect of their service was meticulously handled, from the smooth coordination to the superior care at the hospital. I loved all of the mcan staff. The information i got from Arda before my flight was conforting. When i arrived i met with ömer and he was very polite and smiling and the rest of the drivers was great. My nurse Selin always met me with a big smile, she was very professional and really knew her job. I got to meet Halil and Cansu and they also were really great. I also really miss the nurses❤️ The doctor was professional and really polite. I did a tummy tuck with lipo 360, breast augmentation and breast implants;) I had a great experience in total;) i got recommended to go to mcan and i will recommand mcan also;).

Great service. Very efficient organisation and communication. All was set up in very organized manner. People there are very helpful and attentive to all small detailed. Specific thanks to Hilal for her kindness and follow up...makes you feel home and very comfortable... She replies always promptly and gives you the right answer. Staff are friendly, they have made me comfortable, worked with me through out the process. Very organised, from airport pick up to drop off. Something that you need when you go to a foreign country for a surgical procedure. My main contact is Hilal who has been always available for any queries I had.

Amazing service!!! Everybody from MCAN did whatever they could to help you. Very friendly and professional team. I would recommend anyone to take a procedure with MCAN. I went alone and everything worked fine. Of course going with someone makes things easier. Strong suggestion for a successful procedure if you're planning to travel to Turkey for surgery (i.e. liposuction): Do your research beforehand of everything that will happen + side effects: - How the surgery looks like, - what are the effects of anesthesia afterward, - swelling and how long it takes, - what are good/bad abdominal bands (and when you should change them), - post-surgery care (walking, a lot of water, lymphatic drainage massage) - understand what is serema, fibrosis, etc. Knowing what's coming up can strongly enhance your recuperation.

Great experience

Thanks to Case Manager “Seyma Sanlioglu” who motivated me for plantation and kept commenting one and half year. A special thanks and grateful to Patient Experience Specialist“Hilal Tekin”. Hilal explained me and gave details before and after care. She was so cooperative and took all of my questions with patience. Finally thanks to Mr. Umutcan who picked up and dropped off the airport. He was on time and cooperative and helpful.
