Mcan’s hair clinic was AMAZING! The entire process was smooth from beginning to end. They were incredibly nice, patient, and consistent messaging back and forth and keeping me updated. I was actually very nervous about having the hair transplant done! But from the second Mete which was our driver who picked us up from airport answered all my concerns and had a great sense of humour which made it a great start ! Then next morning went to the clinic where I was again very nervous but the team were great again with answers I needed and making me comfortable and at ease and understanding. The procedure was with minimal pain nothing on what I expected I am shocked how good I feel after 2 days already and so happy with my hairline that they took the time to make perfect I would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting a hair transplant

The communication to delivery is first class. It is the 2nd time I have used Mcan in 5 years and there service / product gets better. The Cher hotel was lush, clean, spacious, the food was plentiful with great menu choices. Mcan staff are amazing, professional with a smile on there faces. Special mention to Hilal who was amazing keeping me up to date all the way through. All speak good English and attend to your needs. I had a 2nd transplant via dhi method, so far it is too early to see results as it was a few days ago, however the operation went smooth, lots of discussion on what was possible. Really great company. Also there drivers are first class, professional and put you at ease.

From first contact this company have been amazing. I was originally passed there details from a friend who had an amazing experience and results. The pick up at the airport was so easy. I was taken to a really nice hotel. The drivers were always there when they said they would be. Upon arriving at the clinic I was greeted by the doctors, the clinic was spotless. I was very nervous until arriving at the clinic where everyone’s professionalism made me feel so much better and relaxed. The operation went very well, very straightforward. After the initial injection there was no pain whatsoever. I had a nurse, patient experience specialist called Hilal, this lady was amazing, she made me feel so welcome and comfortable, it was like having a family member with me…. She was constantly checking in on me to make sure I was comfortable and happy with what was going on. Even to this day she still checks on me daily, she’s brilliant. Thanks to everyone at MCAN honestly I couldn’t have asked for anything more. This company have changed my life thanks to everyone involved.
