I am leaving this review voluntarily and am not receiving any form of incentive for doing so, I simply would like to share my experience of MCAN. In February 2024 I visited the MCAN clinic where I had a 3000 graft FUE hair transplant as well as a Botox and filler treatment for my very deep permanent frown lines. For context I am 30M but felt like my hairline and angry face were not positive features and hence were something I made the decision to resolve surgically. I explained to my consultants at MCAN of the great psychological disturbance I was experiencing daily as the result of the way I felt I looked. Making it worse, I also felt ashamed of how I was allowing my looks to bother me. But every person at the MCAN clinic treated me very very kindly and I felt understood. I was reassured before and after my procedures that I was not as ugly as I felt I was and there was definitely no pressure to have either procedure done. But once I confirmed by decisions, both processes were delivered with great expertise and attention to detail. I received comprehensive advice regarding the design of my new hairline and we were able to together draw one that we were all happy with. My lead technician was careful to explain that the HT could not overlap with my forehead muscles but also was able to bring my new hairline much lower than it originally was. This is of significance as I have genetically always had a high hairline even as a child and was often ridiculed for it. The HT process was very long (7 hours I think, however I wasn’t timing it) but I was given frequent breaks and snacks by the staff and I felt very well looked after throughout. It is normal I believe for any HT to take this amount of time. The really nice thing about MCAN is that I felt that they really cared about getting a good result for me and I was treated like a member of the family, which was a very unexpected but much appreciated bonus. Hilal (who I believe is the manager of the clinic) has been great at keeping in very regular contact with me both before and after my procedures and has been able to answer all my questions and give clear instructions relating to the aftercare. She was able to arrange my frown line treatment at short notice and clearly explained the costs and types of procedure that would work best seeing as I was going to have it the same day as my HT. Hilal frequently came to see me as I was undergoing my procedures to see how I was doing. It really was so nice to be looked after as much as I was at MCAN. My team of HT technicians were absolutely amazing. Very fun people I was delighted to spend the day with. They all spoke very good English which was nice as being able to chat to them helped pass the time and manage the anxiety of the situation. Technically I can’t fault them. My grafts to the transplanted area have been spaced out with a really nice tight density that is almost as tight as other parts of my head (something that I don’t always see in other peoples HTs). My technician also subtly zigzagged the hairline itself which I hope will give it a more natural look once the hair begins to grow. I really admire the level of artistry in my technicians as the aesthetic of the final result goes so far beyond price and number of grafts which I feel are the only things most people care about when having their HTs. The HT procedure was delivered smoothly and without any complications. After the anaesthetic injections were delivered I felt no pain with the follicles were repositioned, nor did I have any other unpleasant side effects other than some swelling (which is very normal). My facial fillers and Botox technician was similarly very professional and kind and was able to design a solution for me based on the exact problem I was having. I nearly cried when I saw that my permanent frown lines were at last gone as for me they were a permanent reminder of years of past mental illness that I have since recovered from. Her treatment room was really nice and the process was finished within about half an hour. Again I received very clear instructions about how to manage the Botox over the next 24 hours and have not suffered from any complications from it. My driver, Tolga was also excellent. He was ready at the airport as soon as I landed and was directed to the car by the GM taxi concierge. Tolga drove me to Cher Hotel safely and the whole travel element of my trip was very well managed. This matters because any kind of surgery is going to be stressful so it really makes a difference not having to worry about the travel and admin side. After my final checkup I was driven back to the airport in plenty of time for my flight and Tolga was great at making sure I didn’t bash my head as I was getting in and out of the car! Cher Hotel was clean and tidy and the reception staff were polite and helpful. I would recommend MCAN! 😁

Great service and great result! Clearly very experienced, and the aftercare instructions ensured I avoided almost all side effects (including facial swelling).

This was my second treatment with MCAN and I can honestly say I would not go with anyone else they are amazing Special thanks to Saba who was my nurse and accompanied me to all appts and explained everything to me and Madina who is just so lovely and always so happy But most of all to the truly amazing dr Kaplin who is just wonderful he made me feel completely at ease throughout my Gastric sleeve journey explained everything in clear English answered all my questions and his dedication to his patients is excellent a true quality If you are considering gastric sleeve Dr Kaplin is the absolute best and MCAN is the best company to go with I highly recommend them

It’s still early (only 5 days post op), but the RESULTS are the #1 reason for 5 stars. MCAN does good work!

This is my third experience with MCAN , 2 hair transplant and recently steam cell treatment. I strongly recommend this clinic as all the pre and post procedures are exquisite. You really feel looked after properly meeting all your needs and requests. Elif as post procedure customer service has been prompt , efficient and overall amazing.

Excellent service from MCAN. My first FUE transplant was in Jan 2022. I had excellent results at a good price. In Jan 2024 I had a 2nd DHI transplant to add more density. Again this was such an easy experience with MCAN. In total 10+ friends have been to MCAN after seeing my results.

Overall I had an amazing experience with MCAN! Everyone is hands on, they make sure that you feel okay. Saba, my nurse able to guide me all throughout.
