All I had to do was book my flights , these people made this experience so easy and simple for me, … they were there for me 100%from every angle possible .customer service at its best Highly recommended

All the pre care and emails stopped as soon as I had my breast surgery. I’d asked for 180cc implant as I’ve already had 240cc and wanted to be smaller. On waking up my breasts looked huge, one bigger than the other and nearly in my arm pit. I was told it was swelling but would go down. On looking ag my implant card it’s said 240cc and the surgeon said admin hadn’t passed on the message. I’m now three months down the line spending thousands with disfigured breasts and unable to put my arms down by my side. I’ve tried contacting them but I’m getting no where and now they don’t even bother to reply. After my last review they finally got back in contact and then kept messing me around saying the surgeon would have a video call with me. After months of trying and no video call taking place. he finally said he’s happy with the results!!! What surgeon can’t put in the correct implant size requested, I asked for 180cc based on already having 240 cc and also based on my previous surgeons feedback. I still can’t put my arms down by my side and and there just is a lack of willingness to help and a total lack of empathy. While he may be happy I’m certainly not. There’s a reason it’s cheaper and customer satisfaction seems to be it !

I enjoyed my dental experience with Mcan a lot. My dentist Elif was just the best and a perfectionist, which is truly loved and appreciated. She made sure my root canal was clean. She kindly held my hand when the surgeon was doing my implants. I was crying from the pain, but she came and comforted me. The drivers were prompt and on time. They were pleasant and professional. The staff were just the best. They were all empathetic, kind, and went above and beyond with their service. My contact Elif (same name as my dentist) was great. She communicated well and was flexible with plans I may have changed or questions I asked. Everyone is amazing. I love my teeth! I’m looking forward to being back in a few months for my final implant surgery.

I’m gonna give a quick review for those of you doing your research on who’s best and not best to use for hair transplant.Im 3months 2 weeks after having my hair done with Mcan and my hair line is growing as they said it would what a huge difference already. I would like to thank the team at Mcan health for doing such a good job I listened to there advice and they were spot on thanks again to all the team at Mcan health looking forward to the next few months

Very professional staff. From the driver to the nurses, the clinic, staff amd everything was 10/10. If i will ever do another transplant in future i know where to go.

My own experience with MCan Clinic and his team was nothing short of fantastic! The entire team was so caring and friendly, and made me feel extremely comfortable every step of the way. What I most appreciated was the level of attention, support,communication and comfort I received pre and post-surgery. The team during my hair transplant play turkish music to help calm my nerves( details make the differences ) and talked to me every step of the way. Unfortunately I don't remember their names but the 2 ladies working with me for almost 9 hrs did and awesome job in my head I had someone with me at almost all times post-surgery which was huge for me coming out of my first ever procedure. Best of all I am SO excited with the results of my hair transplant... Today for me is day 11 and all scabs removed ! 💯 % reccomanded

Great experience from start to finish , Cansu was so helpful kind and caring and continues to be .My surgeon was great very informative and patient with any questions I had , everything was as explained it would be and I can honestly say everyone I met nurses ,drivers , etc were great certainly a positive experience.

Everything went as planned. I was picked up at the airport and driven to a nice hotel the next day Rodan schedule driven to the clinic. Were there was an excellent and serviceable staff. The next day follow up was very good, and I was also driven to the clinic where I got the final instructions. And the next day I was driving to the airport and flew back home. Follow up on the following weeks has been nice. I would definitely recommend as everything went as agreed-upon. I must say that it was not only while I was in Turkey but on the weeks before, and also on the days after I got all the necessary attention.

My review is based on me not proceeding with my operation. This is not a score that is factoring in results it is entirely based on my customer experience and interactions with the team and is in no way a reflection of the medical team, their knowledge or experience at MCAN. Prior to choosing MCAN, I had researched so many different clinics both here in the UK and in Turkey and MCAN stood out to me as they were a really competitive price and they also came recommended to me. The process from submitting my enquiry online to being contacted via WhatsApp by Emre (Case Manager) was quick. I didn’t feel pressured to book, and when I wasn’t ready to proceed due to timeframes, Emre left it there and contacted me a few months later to pick up. The driver who picked me up from the my hotel on the morning of the operation (I forget his name) was polite and respectable, as was driver for my final transfer back to the airport. The staff at the clinic were all pleasant and welcoming. Here I met with Tugba who was my Customer Experience Specialist. She was well mannered, patient and clearly has a passion for wanting patients to look their best. My only concern was that when I said I wasn’t going to proceed with the operation, Tugba and another female who had entered the room did not want to take no for an answer, although in hindsight I think they were trying to alleviate my concerns. On operation day after meeting with Tugba, I was introduced to the doctor/ specialist. The doctor came in and my first concern was that it was not the doctor on my patient itinerary. Prior to my arrival I had researched my surgeons work as suggested by a doctor in the UK and I was a little apprehensive that I was not informed of a change in doctor. The doctor unfortunately did not speak much English so I was relying on Tugba to translate.

After reviewing my hair and drawing on some surgery markings it was explained to me my donor area is not as strong as they would like and they recommend two surgeries one for the front and one for the crown which would take place at a later date. It was also suggested I should use my beard hair which I had heard of, but I don’t remember this being a suggestion until the day. When I explained that I hadn’t planned for two surgeries or the use of beard hair I would rather not proceed than have something I have not researched, I was then advised they could take the required grafts from the back but it would be less dense.

 Part of the issue for me was that I had undergone a consultation with another clinic in the UK and they warned me about over harvesting in Turkey which was playing in the back of my mind. After some discussion, I decided to leave as I just wasn’t sure, and whilst I did not feel rushed in anyway, it was evident they wanted to proceed with operation. The difficulty about having surgery abroad rather than at home in the UK is that in the UK you are given a treatment plan well in advance based on face to face consultations rather than WhatsApp so you have more time to decide. 

In hindsight and after spending a considerable amount of time researching the treatment plans suggested on the day, I probably should have proceeded with the operation as the options they suggested were viable paths, I just hadn’t had the time to research. Tugba contacted me the following day to ensure I was okay and even though I did not proceed with the operation she wanted to confirm that they had arranged my transportation to the airport.

 Overall I am still of the belief that Turkey is a great place for a hair transplant and if I decide another attempt I would happily give Istanbul another go. I’d even go to MCAN again to let them finish what they didn’t get a chance to start as they were great, but I’m not sure they would let me go back. 
I think had I proceeded with the operation, this would have been a 5 start review, like I said at the start this is based on my experience of not having the procedure.

I’ve had an incredible experience with MCAN for a hair transplant treatment. From the moment I spoke to Hassan to schedule the hair transplant everything was so smooth. The entire itinerary for my the procedure was available within one day and detailed down to who my driver is going to be and which hotel I’ll be staying at and that was months in advance. Then the time comes, before even my flight I already had Cansu send me a reminder email with all the details to be expected. Then I land in the airport and I have a driver waiting for me within 5 minutes who takes me to the hotel. I also have Cansu and Tǔgba following up with me the night before the surgery and arranging everything and then on the day of the surgery driver also picks me up, and I arrive at the clinic where we do a consultation and giving me all the details. Then comes the actual operation which in my case was 11 hours! The doctors and the medical team were amazing and made sure I was comfortable at all times. Then I finished and I had the medicine that I will need waiting for me and also the amazing driver to make sure I arrive safely at the hotel. Then the next day was my flight and also the amazing driving too me and my wife there . It was a 10/10 experience and I’m also still in contact with some of the team just in case I have any questions. Highly recommended clinic !
