Excellent service and contact from start to finish. From getting picked up at the airport, the hotel was excellent, the clinic was clean and staff all competent and friendly. I was recommended to MCAN by a friend who also had a similar positive experience. Contact was good before travelling and also after getting home. The staff at MCAN just want you to be happy and do everything they can to make you satisfied. 10/10

I had a Tummy Tuck, breast aug, implant and lift and Lipo 360 with Dr Fatih. Mcan Health delivered on all that they promised in the selling stage. I travelled Solo from Trinidad so I was very nervous but Everything went smoothly from the airport pick up (thanks Toba) to the comfort of the hotel and their accomadting hotel staff (Thank Ibis) to my coordinator and Nurses. (Speacial thanks Saba, Cansu, Tuba). The hospital was first class and the nurses there took such good care of me. These ladies did all they can to keep me at ease and held my hand through each stage even after I got home. I had a wonderful experience and plan to come again. 100% a company you can Trust. The only reason I gave 4 stars and my only feedback to them is Sonetimes it takes then a while to respond which I guess is understandable because they deal with alot of Patients. I will post a follow up review once i am all healed.

Now that I’m back home, I can reflect back on my experience of having liposuction with MCAN. The pre-operation communications were very prompt, informative and reassuring. I was collected from the airport and taken to the hotel. The day of the operation was very professional, with plenty of staff available for all your needs. I had a daily visit from a nurse at my hotel, which was wonderful towards calming my nerves and the recovery process. They are still in touch with me to follow up on my progress. I would highly recommend Mcan to my family and friends as the overall experience was amazing and beyond my expectations.

The communication was great right from the initial enquiries, during my stay and surgery, right through to the aftercare. They listen well and advise honestly and do not paint unrealistic expectations and work with integrity and care. They were very kind and friendly, translators, drivers, doctors and technicians alike. Highly recommended!

I have nothing but gratitude words towards MCAN. The way everything is professionally organised surprised me to start with. In such situations, you want the smoothest experience possible and MCAN can't make it smoother. The journey in Istanbul is very easy, from pick ups and transportation to hotel acommodation, everything was arranged and clear before I landed in the country and the instructions were clear so I knew what to expect. That took so much stress off my shoulders. The experience in the clinic was also smooth and simple, with a consultation before the procedure to share all the concerns with the experts. I felt well taken care of every single second of my stay. And the result could not have been better. I will recommend it to all my friends and to everyone, such a professional team deserve all the best. One of the good things about the clinic is that the customer service team reach out before landing to clarify any questions you may have, and after you leave they will follow up frequently to make sure you can clarify your concerns and to check on your recovery. Six months on and I am still in touch with them, I can ask them anything and they really appreciate their time.
