Elif did a great job with my care before, throughout and after my hair transplant. Whatever you're paying her, it's not enough! She's a true gem, please give her a raise! I got my hair transplant back in February by MCAN Health's incredible surgeons and 10 months later the results are incredible. I am beyond satisfied, and over the next 2 months it's supposed to get even better. Zero scarring, totally full hair, and an incredible & natural looking hairline. Exceptional service from Elif, my driver, and the 2 surgeons! (Sorry I only remember Elif's name but seriously everyone was fantastic). 😅 The whole experience was phenomenal, highly recommend a hair transplant only at MCAN! Ich war mit meiner Familie dort. Jeder hatte einen anderen Eingriff. Wir waren wirklich alle super zufrieden! Von Anfang bis Ende hat alles gepasst. Der Transfer ( danke Ömer 🙏🏽) hat uns überall sicher hingebracht und er war ein sehr sympathischer junger mann. Es wurde sich super um uns Patienten gekümmert! Da nochmal ein Riesen Dankeschön an Tugba 🙏🏽! Man wurde nie alleine gelassen! Sie hat selbst Fragen beantwortet auch wenn es schon etwas später war ! Lieben Dank dafür. Man hat sich trotz kleiner Sprachbarriere mit allen direkt verstanden. Und wenn wir mal auf den Transfer warten mussten, hat man sich ins Café neben an gesetzt und Chai getrunken oder Menemen gegessen 😎 Wir hatten einmal eine Haartransplatation, eine Augenlied Straffung und eine Brust OP. Ich war sehr zufrieden mit der Beratung vor und nach der OP. Auch die Nachbetreuung ist super ( Danke Saba) .Wir können die Klinik Wärmstens weiter empfehlen 👍🏽 vielleicht wenn nochmal ein Eingriff statt finden sollte, wird man sich wieder sehen ! Denn wir würden definitiv wieder MCAN Health wählen.

Actualización: Siguen sin decirme nada. He visto que han contestado reseñas posteriores pero a mí no. De hecho, a Bengu no m le llega mi mensaje (solo un tick), me ha bloqueado? Me siento completamente ESTAFADA. Buenas a todos. Me realicé hace un año una rinoplastia y actualmente, todavía no respiro al 100% y en el tabique tengo una anomalía, como si no me hubiesen limado bien el tabique. La forma de la nariz y todo el procedimiento fue bien, me gusta pero a día de hoy presento estos problemas y me están ignorando. Contacté con ellos hace meses (incluso les indiqué que lo haría público) y no llegué a hacer ninguna videollamada con ellos, ya que decían que los horarios del doctor no son compatibles con mi horario en España y tras preguntarme disponibilidad simplemente dejaron de responder. Bengu fue mi traductora y Jessica quienes dejaron de responder. Tengo fotos para mostrar de lo que hablo (el problema de respiración solo lo noto yo). Ahora, tras un año, he vuelto a contactarles, incluso por Instagram al Dr Dogan Alhan. No sé si me van a contestar. Honestamente si hubiera sabido este servicio post-venta, no me hubiera operado nunca aquí. Si queréis más información, mi IG es jessgcg. Saludos
