This is my second time using MCAN in Istanbul for a hair transplant as I needed two sessions. What can I say? They are an absolute pleasure to deal with. All the staff from the surgeons to the assistants and the desk staff are so friendly, polite and helpful. I haven't found any language barrier at all, even those who were not fluent in English were able to communicate using short key words and very friendly and caring. Special shout out to Saba who has been my point of communication throughout and Elif who was my communication on my first visit 2 years ago. Saba has been such a help and even went above and beyond in organising transportation for my two companions which she did not have to do. There are lots of hair transplant clinics in Turkey but MCAN will not be beaten on price or service. All totally stress free, everything is taken care of from the minute you book your flights to the minute you get back home, hotels, transportation and even ongoing aftercare support for a year after surgery. The impact MCAN have made on my life is truly life changing, so much so I am now considering future options with them that I'd have otherwise likely not have explored. Farnaz and the rest of the team at MCAN made my hair transplant experience a few weeks ago smoother than I ever imagined. Months before I was set to arrive in Istanbul they were communicating with me and answering any and all questions I had. When I arrived in Istanbul I was taken to the hotel in a spacious van waiting at the airport. They provided effortless transport to and from the clinic the following days which was appreciated. The clinic itself is clean, modern, and has a lovely garden in the back you can take advantage of in between parts of the process. 2 weeks has gone by since the operation and my hair has been recovering very well! Minimal swelling after the procedure (which was painless by the way, except for the few seconds when they’re administering the local anesthesia) and minimal bleeding. All in all a fantastic experience and I’m glad I trusted the team at MCAN!

I had surgery with Dr habib and got nurse Saba as my go to if I needed anything during my time there, overall service was very good. Lack of English spoken in the hospital was a down fall luckily as my nurse Saba could understand&speak very good English it helped, she was there during transportation to& from the hospital helped during most of my stay there as my operation didn't require any physical help. She Carried bags and sorted any transport and translation that needed to be done, checked in on me before and after surgery .. taken me to the nearest pharmacy locally and made sure I had everything I needed and was very helpful through out. She presented very professional and well mannerd. My actual surgery journey was very straight forward with MCAN money, transport, next steps ect. Gentleman driving us was very carful and lovely even though he lacked English we used Google translate. Hospital food was a no but we ordered in from nearest fast food. I had a check up next day in Dr Habib office his office was absolutely amaculate very clean and his secatery which I think was a nurse in the end I found out if I'm right, was very polite and checked me over for post opp. Dr Habib was lovely and had a very calming vibe to himself and came and checked on me before surgery and the next morning I'm assuming as soon as he came on shift spoken me through what he'd done shown me before and after pictures and reassured me everything went smoothly. Overall very good experience as I was very nervous coming to istanbul It's self and didn't know what go expect the hotel I got put in the staff were spot on and very helpful had room service and they were very helpful with any service we needed. Thank you to everyone at MCAN specially the ones working 1-2-1 with my self healing nicely and recovered well.

After weeks of doing my home work on trying to find the best hair clinic in instanbul I finally found this one so I booked it. Every thing was explained to me about the procedure and they kept in touch till the day I flew out. I was picked up taken to my hotel then picked back up in the morning for my hair transplant everything went smooth my hair line is looking good again I would definitely use this this clinic again and the staff have been amazing to the aftercare I can’t wait for the next few months to see the final results thank you again Mcan would a great team they have working for them 😊
