A great product at a fair price, Support and care from the team is really good Great advantage is that the alarm works outside of the house and as my mother is partially sighted the talking clock, battery level and feedback is invaluable.

My mom had a stroke and still is able to live independently with the help of her SureSafe Go! She now finds it hard to use her cell phone but the SureSafe provides 2 way communications without needing to go through a call center in case of an emergent or urgent situation! She would have been hesitant to use a call center and explain her problem to a stranger!

Helpful staff, quick service, nothing was too much trouble. My Dad tried one watch, but couldn’t do it up himself due to arthritis, so swapped for the pendant, which he didn’t like wearing, so purchased a magnetic watch strap which is great. You do have to pay for the returns though, which i think could be improved. But overall a good experience.
