I think it would be helpful if your system was set up to walk you through each steps. Therefore, the back and forth with preparation would flow a little easier. I did not understand alot of tge question on the tax preparation.

URGENT! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! THEY ARE A SCAM. There business practices is a sham. I was talked into a bunch of services that were never for filled. Please, listen to my advice. If you want to be ignored, frustrated and screwed over with your taxes return, then please do not go with this company. I am in the process of contacting a lawyer to fight to get my money back. And another thing, the amount of money you pay for this service is out of control. This company are slimy salesman. All they care about is the absurd amount of money they charge you to line their pockets. There customer service representatives refuse to let me speak to a supervisor or anyone that can help Me. I should have read the reviews first. That was the first mistake. I’m calling the BBB right away and I will take them to small claims court. I hope this helped out one person to go in a different direction. This is some kind of ponzi. scheme to defraud you of your money.
