1) Promises and advertisements…

1) Promises and advertisements unrelated to reality. 2) consultations are 30 minutes ... until you get to know your advisor it may require a whole year. 3) advisors just keep challenge you not to advise you a valuable advice. 4) if they cancel your subscription, they will charge you about $400 for not reason without even benefiting you. ***think 1 million times before subscribing***

Disappointing atbest…

I have been with this company for years, and I was happy until about 6 months ago.. Recently something has change with the company and I am so frustrated and disappointed. First, my tax advisor (who was wonderful) left, and no one let me know, I had to call customer support to find out that she left after she missed an appointment we had scheduled 2 months prior. When I called, they seemed to be unaware that she was no longer with the company. They assigned me to a new tax advisor who was very good as well. But when. I checked my portal to see if she answered a message, my portal showed that my team was pending. I currently habe no one assigned to my account. This is not very comforting as we are in tax season . After being on the phone for over 30 minutes, the only thing anyone can do for me is create a ticket. When I ask to speak to a supervisor, no one is available. So frustrating and discouraging.
