Great Consult!

My consultant was clear, direct, and avoided accountant jargon that can be intimidating for someone has a 3rd grade knowledge and understanding of our tax system. And he did not approach the sales part of the call until I brought it up. Looking forward to getting started.

Do NOT waste your money!

Do NOT waste your money! They don't even deserve the 1 star. I paid nearly 3K, and ever penny was wasted. I am Canadian new to USA, so I had a lot of questions about US taxation system - and he treated me like I was an idiot. Literally huffed when I asked what a 1099 was. I asked for a new accountant. No reply... after many emails to them, I finally signed up for a "Free Consult" appointment - INSTANT call from the sales team wanting my money. Finally spoke to someone (weeks later)... and was told they would assign someone new to my account. NOTHING. I sent follow ups, emails, and even tried the "Free Consult" approach again. Completely ghosted. They don't return emails or calls. I was even willing to continue with them in exchange for my 1 year to recommence from my call with the new contact. Nope. They tried to charge my card last month, I got a message saying it was declined (I had changed Visas). I sent a note saying that I was unhappy. My service was garbage, and not to try my card again ... Instead of calling to ask me, I got an automated email essentially saying "Thanks for nothing, your account has been canceled" They did NOT care that they were losing a customer - it seems that happy and retained customers isn't their business plan - scamming new members out of 3K and moving onto the next victim is. So, a year later, I still don't fully understand the US tax system for my business. I am 48 and have been self-employed since 24. I have never, in all those years had a worse experience than this with a company.
