I started my LLC in february 2024, which meant I had no taxes to file for 2023. When it came to filing my taxes this year, they informed me that I would have to pay again $999 to file my taxes even though I had already paid for an entire year. Didn't get used at all. They're entirely overpriced, considering you have to input all data yourself, they don't do anything. Not one time, did I send them documents And them do it, I had to do it every time. You're literally paying almost fourteen hundred dollars for a software program and a message service that takes forever to get them to reply. Even then the only thing they had to offer was basically tech support for their web portal. I got a quote from my local CPA which turned out to be probably a quarter of what they were going to charge to file my taxes, even though I had already paid for my taxes to be filed from the previous year, which they did nothing.

What makes my experience with 1-800Accountant so great is that I have a really great Tax Advisor to work with, Daniel Barakat. Daniel and I partner very well, and I have come to trust and rely on him. The accountants that back him up are also very helpful and quite good at what they do.
