The no nonsense BS most online companies give you. It was short direct and know what I need to do and how to fix my tax issues.

The whole "service" is a scam. They charge you for services and have a 30 day guarantee period, so it seems legit. But in fact, you can't schedule with an accountant during that time because they run out the clock with "onboarding" calls that aren't actually moving you towards anything. It's a savvy way to trick people, I'll give them that. But don't give them your money or data.
