Don't use them. Your reps will change every month because they aren't just trash for their clients. There's no consistency with this company. Do yourself a favor and go to a local CPA. This is a waste of money

It’s a very easy way to consolidate and organize all expenditures. Also, the tax portion of the program is very intuitive. If I had any questions I just scheduled a phone call.
