The service that is provided makes my job alot easier where I can concentrate more on the business and less on not having the right paperwork or information while they provide the service.

Listen to the bad reviews; they are predatory and only care about taking your money, not about you or your business. I'm out over 3k because of their BS. Their portal sucks, and there is no telling when and who you will speak with. What is guaranteed is that whoever you speak with will have no empathy or sympathy for your circumstances. They will run you in circles to run out the clock while piecemealing additional services without being explicit or even fulfilling the ones already paid for. They are the definition of a predatory company: run away quickly, find someone you trust and who knows the industry.

Got a cold call from my LLC partner Tailor Brands saying you will get a free call from our partner Accounting firm. I said sure, and didn't think it would be worthwhile. I was wrong! This is exactly what I was looking for as a new LLC business owner. The yearly cost is tax deductible and they will file both my personal and business taxes along with a guarantee. For someone doing their TurboTax each year I was worried about how to do my new business, now I don't have to worry. Thanks 1-800Accountant!

RUN!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! No communication, no help, no guidance. We started out well when we had Susan. After she left (quit I suppose) we have had absolutely horrible service. We are a new business and Susan was explaining everything to us. After she left, we are totally in the dark. We had to fight to get a refund back after the payroll sales team lied to us and told us we can get payroll services for our 13 year old daughter. I questioned him about it and he convinced me it was the best thing to do. Against my better judgement, I agreed. When we could not add her and my payroll specialist told me I can't add her because she is 13 I asked for a refund. They tried to give me a credit. Why would I want to use your company again after being lied too? Finally got the refund months later but still not getting any support like promised. I will be finishing up my taxes this year and will not be renewing. Their sales rep promised us a huge refund. Again, I will let you know if we were LIED to AGAIN.
