I seldom have to write a review but this one I have to do. 1800 accountant borders on being a scam. They make promises of performing tasks but fail miserably. The actual person assigned to us was friendly but after multiple calls their computer program that handles syncing to your accounts so Financials can be categorized never and I mean NEVER worked right so we could not move forward in tax planning, strategy or filing. After 6 months of being with 1800 I had to leave. Now let's talk compensation. They require you to make full payment up front and say you have 30 days to see if they work out. The problem is your phone calls are about 2-3weeks apart. Nothing can be accessed in that amount of time. That should have been my first sign but hey Zen business are the ones that are recommending these folks. Not to mention the basic items they promised to take care of first and immediately never happened. So whether I get my money back or not my advice is run away from 1800 as quickly as you can possibly move. If I handled my business the way these folks do I'd be bankrupt. DO NOT USE THEM. This is your warning.

They complete Business & Personal Taxes, the sales person guaranteed I would get a big return for my business using their services. My new business did Not make any money so they said No taxes could be filled for the Thousands of money I lost starting up the business. I didn't have any Personal Taxes to be prepared. It was a Complete waste of $3,000. I could have used spreadsheet to keep up with expenses which ended up a loss anyway so the service did Nothing for me.
