I previously utilized this company for payroll services but, unfortunately, had a poor experience last year despite spending over $3,600. Due to the challenges I faced, I decided to cancel all my subscriptions this year. Now, during tax season, I’m trying to access W-2 forms for my employees through their portal, but I’ve been unable to find them. I contacted their customer service team, who created a case for me, but no one has followed up or reached out to resolve the issue. I also contacted ADP, as they manage payroll services, but was informed that my business is listed under this company in their database. As a result, ADP is unable to assist me directly, leaving me dependent on this company to resolve the issue. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience, especially during a critical time when employees need their W-2s to file their taxes.
