representative was friendly and informative and did a very good job making sure we understood everything.

I have a registered agent subscription through 1800accountant - I've been paying $170/yr (I had a credit that I needed to use because I canceled previous services due to 1800accountants not filing my taxes on time, etc). I'm applying for a state certification and called 1800 today to get the info for my registered agent. Guess what - they told me I've been paying for it but they don't actually have a RA filed for me with the state because they stopped using the original one they assigned me. What? Why didn't they just give me a new one since I've been paying for it? They didn't even notify me that they got rid of my original registered agent.

My first introduction to 1 800 was very positive. The woman with whom I spoke was articulate, knowledgeable, and her EQ allowed her to know the difference between pushing to hard and taking a step back.

They have not been communicative in a timely manner, I have had 4 different tax accountants thru out the year where I have had to reexplain my business, re-introduce myself and see where we are with the business. Following up with progress has been difficult since it's always a new tax accountant. And now I'm not even sure if the quarterly filings were done. Terrible service and now i have to get a new tax accountant just to handle what they haven't done all year.

The accountants are friendly and fast with their responses.

Derek, my accountant was very informative and elaborate while explaining everything that he does along with his associates for my business, which I really appreciate especially coming into this as a new business owner!

very imformative

I was expecting a review to be complete for my return, as it was filed early. I received notice it was completed and under review, on January 13. I have heard nothing in the past several weeks. I was pleased with the speed to the preparation and a bit disappointed that the review is not as timely.
