This company is completely incompetent and a shameless swindler. I submitted a previous complaint concerning how this company failed to file a 990N form on behalf of a nonprofit I opérate and caused us to have our tax exempt status revoked. Today, 01/28/35, 1800Accountant sends me the same type of vacuous BOILERPLATE response it did 3-4 months ago. When I submitted a negative review on Tryst Oilot around four months ago, 1800Accountant replied with apology and assurance it would investigate the matter. Well several weeks later one of the representatives called me, he didn’t even know what the discrepancy was about, and when I enlightened him, he told me that it was an easy matter to fill out a 990N form for reinstatement of tax exempt status and that I can do it myself. This company took thousands of dollars from me and caused me to lose my tax exempt status for failing to file a 990N form that is a standard procedure.
