Promettono ma non mantengono
Il primo approccio con l'azienda è assolutamente negativo. Si vantano di offrire la GARANZIA DEL MIGLIOR PREZZO ONLINE: in corrispondenza di ogni prodotto viene segnalato che, se trovi sul mercato un prezzo inferiore, si impegnano a garantire il prezzo migliore perchè vogliono essere i più competitivi sul mercato. Bene, trovato il prezzo migliore in relazione ad una lampada che volevo acquistare, mi è stato risposto che "non potevano adeguare il prezzo" senza ulteriori spiegazioni (senza nemmeno buongiorno o buonasera per la verità). La promessa del prezzo migliore è dunque inesistente e non veritiera: l'ho fatto presente ma non si sono degnati di rispondere. Ho quindi ordinato mio malgrado il prodotto chiedendo una consegna in tempi brevi in quanto è per un'attività al pubblico, ora staremo a vedere.
Deludenti
Ordine effettuato il 5 Agosto al 17 Ottobre nulla ancora pervenuto nonostante ripetute rassicurazione via mail circa l'arrivo della merce e uno scaricabarile sul fornitore (come se fosse un problema del cliente e non loro). Richiesto il ri-accredito dell'importo anticipato. Vi aggiorno in merito alla tempistica di evasione del rimborso. A mai piu' rivederli.

I’ve ordered 03.07.16 two Catellani lamps with the total sum of € 1.215. They promised a delivery time of 28 days after order. I’ve transferred the money asap. They confirmed that they got the money and ordered the lamps. Meanwhile we have 03.10.16. I’ve cancelled my order 18.09.16. Still have I neither received the lamps or the money. The phone number on the homepage doesn’t work and it’s not possible to reach them via phone. Here is the history and the mail-dialogue: A) 24.07.: I asked when I might receive the lamps B) 28.07.: As I didn’t get an answer I asked again. Here are there answer: “Not yet because in the items arrived in these days there were not your articles, they wil arrive to us for the first days of the next week.” C) 03.08.: I asked again. There answer: “we phoned yesterday to the company and we sent to them an email to know why items didn’t arrive and they told us that they can’t send to us before the summer holidays because they had some late in production and the delivery will be for the end of august when they open because now they closed the shipping. We are so sorry for this problem.” D) Poor customer service: They didn’t inform me about their late in production. E) 30.08.: The shop promised again: “company said to us that for the next week they will send to us the items, we are so sorry for the late. Bets regards, Artissimaluce” F) 13.09.: The shop promised again: “No probably the next, we’ll inform you don’t worry” G) 19.09.: The shop promised again: “Don’t worry because we are waiting for the articles between today and tomorrow” H) 22.09.: The shop promised again: “we ended few minutes ago to speak with company, the delivery will arrive to us between 26 and 27 of September. Unfortunately the summer holidays bring a lot of late in production of articles, the quality/lack of this company is that realize all articles with handcrafted work. We assure you that for the next week you’ll receive the article. We are so so so so sorry for the late and we thank you for your patience. Best regards, artissimaluce” I) 30.09.: Dear ... , we are so sorry for the late in the answer but we want to be sure that articles were in our w/house, arrived few minutes ago finally and on Monday we can send all to you. We are so so sorry for the late of the company. Best regards, artissimaluce" J) 30.09.: My last answer: “I still cancel the order as you didn’t deliver in time. You’ve had your chance. You promised six times to deliver. Now its over. Transfer the money back to me asap. As I mentioned, if I don’t get my money back asap I take further steps. Therefore transfer the money BACK today!!! Or can you send me a smartphone picture with you and both lamps in front of you??? I don’t believe you at all.”

Suspension livrée dans les délais affichés sur le site lors de la commande, très bien emballée et vraiment jolie et de bonne qualité pour un prix imbattable par rapport aux autres sites. Un service client très réactif aux mails (réponse le lendemain de l'envoi et en français notamment car j'étais inquiète suite aux avis négatifs précédemment postes sur cette page). Bref rien à redire du debut à la fin.

Un inizio difficile un finale perfetto - a difficult beginning a perfect ending
I placed the order, payed and did not hear for 40 days. They were late in the delivery but did not touch base to inform me. I wrote them and the next day they contacted me informing me that the delivery was on its way. One of the two lamps unfortunately was broken but they arranged a swift change in less than ten days. Very polite and helpful!!
Exceptional Company 10/10
I am in the UK and decided to order 2 beautiful outdoor designer sofas from Artissimaluce in Italy as the same sofas in the UK were far more expensive. The shipping and insurance fees were so incredibly reasonable (less than £30.00) i have paid higher shipping from UK companies. From start to finish the company has been so kind re-assuring professional and really helpful answering every question and helping me step by step order from abroad. My sofas arrived quickly well packaged totally intact and are absolutely stunning. I saved over £200 purchasing from Artissimaluce and would highly recommend them to all. Cant thank them enough. x

J'ai commandé une lampe de 446€ le 25/05/2016, nous sommes le 18/06 et pas de nouvelle. Ayant payé avec Paypal, je déclare un litige. Toujours rien. Je regrette mon achat. Site à éviter.
