My wifes GHDs had suddenly stopped working for no apparent reason 4 years ago. They were 4 years old. She didn't throw them out because she had heard you can sell them back to GHD for about £20. However, she never sent them back and they languished in the bottom of the wardrobe until one month ago when I happened to see the Fogma advert and it reminded both of us about the unused GHDs. The repair price was little more than the price to sell them back to GHD so we went for it ! The process was quick, easy to negotiate and the turnaround was amazing with documented evidence of the repair. My wife now has her favourite straighteners back that she uses daily. Great service. Very fair pricing. Recommended dealer !!!

I would highly recommend this service if your GHDs break. Mine stopped working last weekend, much to my disappointment. Disappointment turned to horror when I researched the price of a new pair! Whilst scouring the Internet for deals I came across GHD Repair and decided it was worth a try. I’m so glad I did. Basic timeline: straighteners sent off Monday by registered post. Email to say they had been received and repaired on Tuesday and back with me by Wednesday in full working order. Total cost to me including postage £48.00. Cost of new pair £230.
