** March 2021 For the 2nd time I had to send my ghds for repair and once again Im happy to say they were returned within a few days as good as new. They are really old so appreciate they may not last much longer but I will keep having them repaired for as long as I can. Having already contacted ghd direct about a repair, but being told the appliance was too old, and searching the website for a replacement pair, I was at the point of throwing out my beloved wide plate original ghds when I came across this website. From posting to repair and receipt back, it took just 3 days!!!! FANTASTIC and such a good price too. Thank you so much. The newer style ghds are not a patch on the originals and so I am one VERY happy customer and will readily recommend you to anyone who listens.

first class service very reasonable and extremely quick. Best to look at repair service before spending too much time trouble shooting, suggest check basics then send of as cost no greater then parts.

This company is exceptional!! I posted my straighteners off to them at 9am Monday and they arrived back at 11am Wednesday fully repaired and with a warranty on the repair. I am so impressed and would recommend them to anyone.

I don't usually review companies but I am so thrilled with the service I have received with this company ! Spoke to Trevor very nice guy and helpful ,I had come across him repairing GHDs on YouTube and found the link as my GHDs are old an GHD could no longer repair them so I got in touch with GHD-Repair, this company is brilliant only paid £25 sent them on the Thursday an they were repaired and send back by Tuesday fully functioning. So happy considering I didn't want to pay for new ones just before Christmas when there is no need to ! Couldnt be more happier :) Thank you GHD-Repair will be using you guys again in the future ! HIGHLY Recommended !!

Very pleased with this company! I don't normally write reviews, but my really old ghd's sparked, melted the cable and stopped working. I came across this website and found it really informative. Worked out the model and ordered replacement cable. Quick delivery, followed instructions and fitted myself. Still didn't work until someone suggested replacing the fuse as well! Doh! I am so pleased that I fixed them! Thanks!
