Amazing service. I would 100% recommend FOGMA GHD repair to everyone. Sent my GHDs on Wednesday afternoon and got them back Friday morning. Fully repaired and saved me the cost of buying new ones.

I am absolutely delighted with the service I have received, having sent off my GHD straighteners for repair. I was amazed at how quickly they were repaired and returned to me. I was also kept up to date with the process, and given detailed information about what had been done. I posted them on a Friday, and they were back the following Wednesday, fixed! They are an older model GHD (3.1b) and I actually prefer them to my spare, newer model, but I didn’t t think anyone would be able to repair them. Nowadays, when so many appliances become obsolete or just can’t be repaired, it was so good to find a business that can save me money as well as avoid adding to all the waste in the world.

Looked on the website on how to repair my wife's GHD's that stopped working and failed. Sent them off via Royalmail on Monday, got them back Saturday! Really great service and much better than buying new ones! They even replace the bit I broke.

My daughters straighteners stopped working and she can’t tame her hair without them. I was a bit wary about sending them off in the post and paying upfront but all the positive reviews convinced me to take a chance. What a fabulous service. Excellent communication throughout whole process. Posted straighteners on Monday emailed on Wednesday to say they’d been repaired and returned by Thursday so much better than having to buy new GHDs. Would recommend.
