AMAZING service. My GHD straighteners were sent for repair to this company on Wednesday, to arrive Thursday morning. They were not heating up at all. They had died. This afternoon, Friday, only two days later they have been returned by Royal Mail, repaired !! I would highly recommend this company.

Sent my GHD Platinum Plus straighteners in for repair after experiencing a red flashing light shortly after powering up. The GHD repair team were fantastic- I received my straighteners back within three working days, I was kept updated on their progress throughout and most importantly, they’re now working as good as new! Cannot recommend them enough.

Amazing service. Posted the straighteners just before Christmas and was amazed to receive a message the next day explaining what was needed to repair the GHDs. I paid for the extra part needed and they were posted back as soon as they could be after Christmas. This is the third time I have used this company and thoroughly recommend them.
