Superb service. Started crackling and turning on and off, and saw this service and videos, so sent GHD's in. Posted on a Wednesday with Evri (2nd class) and got them back on Saturday morning!! Got regular emails about status of repair, and repair works great. Very happy - as I don't have to buy my wife new one's :)

Really excellent service. My GHDs started crackling and smelling of overheating electrics on a Sunday night, I found this company online and sent off the broken GHDs after lunch on Monday - they were returned repaired and fully working on Wednesday! Very straightforward! Highly recommended.

Amazing!! I struggled to find a company that fixed GHD platinum+ so was really chuffed to find GHD Repair. I sent my straighteners off 2nd class on the Sunday and got them back on the Thursday. My straighteners had started to beep/shiver when I turned them on and not heat up. They were a breast cancer limited edition and had pink plastic side pieces, but one of the pink side pieces had broken off and been lost. when I sent the straighteners off I put in a note saying that I wasn't bothered about the missing plastic as they were comestic and if they could just make them work I'd be very well happy. But when they came back GHd Repair had not only fixed the fault but also put me 2 new black side pieces on! I felt this went above and beyond! Thanks GHD repair!!

Posted Friday afternoon, email from company on Saturday saying repair carried out and they changed the power cable as well as a precaution, received back on the following Tuesday. Fantastic service, definitely deserves the five stars I gave them. Highly recommended

Highly recommend these guys. Fantastic service. If your GHDs breakdown, don't consign them to landfill just send them to GHD Repair. My wife did just that last Thursday, having spoken to them on the phone. On Saturday they were back in her hands all fixed and working again. Just amazing service and all for the cost of posting the GHDs to them plus £28.99. Return postage is included in their price. Outstanding service.

Have used this company before and they didn’t disappoint on my daughters straighteners either. Only took a couple of days to receive them back fully working. Can’t recommend them enough

What a service.. dropped my GHD off at 11am as I live locally and had a email to say they were ready at 6pm and I could collect at my convenience. Wasn't expecting it to be done so quickly .. working perfectly and also PAT tested.. thanks Trevor a girl can't be without her GHD ❤
