This is such a great service. I posted my straighteners to the company on Wednesday 12/04/23 and they were back with me on Friday 14/04/23. A new cable had been fitted and repairs completed. I recently bought 2 sets of GHDs in an auction. Terrible idea. Long story short - they came with EU plugs and even when tried with the adapters (suggested and sold by Gary), they still didn't work. Gary then suggested I send them in and they would fix them and give me a refund for the adapters (which he included in the cost of the repair!) Thanks to Trevor for the very speedy repair and return. Great job. I can't imagine how anyone can beat their service.

What service! Order the repair online, clear instructions on how to send the product and even a video to watch on how to wrap the product so not to cause any further damage. Posted to them on Monday, with confirmation that the repair had been completed on Wednesday and arrived back today - Thursday. Excellent job and great communication and process - what customer service 10/10
