What amazing service from Trevor. I sent him a little video of the fault on WhatsApp and he responded very quick to say the fault can be repaired. I posted the item off on a Friday, Trevor had repaired and posted back same day and received today! One happy wife at home now! And to think I called GHD first who said "they can't be repaired but we will give you 10% off a new one!" I've shared my experience with my internal work social network and signposted everyone to Trevor! Thank you again for an amazing service and customer experience.

Sent old straighteners off Wednesday, got an email to the following day to say, all finished and will be posting out today. Excellent turn around time.

I was asked to repair an old straightener and needed a new heater element. Contacted GHD repairs in the afternoon. Got a reply soon after saying that it dispatched and the next day it arrived. The element was so well packaged so there was no chance of it getting damaged in transit and the spare part price was reasonable. Nice dealing with such a well run company and a good website with all the information I needed

Crikey, what brilliant service! Was initially very dubious, but after reading previous reviews decided to send my GHD straighteners off rather than pay out for a new set. Sent on Monday 6th and they arrived back Wednesday 8th, all repaired and fully working. Can’t thank you enough and would thoroughly recommend. What a fantastic company you have, we’ll done.
