This company/website is simple to transact with and has a ton of helpful information on their website that I used to educate myself before buying some spare parts for my cousin’s broken GHD. I was honestly surprised at just how quickly my parts arrived. After I paid for my order, I received an email the same day letting me know my items were shipped. After that, it was in Royal Mail's hands but with first-class delivery (which was free), it arrived the next day. As for the quality of the parts - they were exactly as described, exceptionally carefully packaged, and of very good quality. This was a super experience, guys. I don't tend to leave reviews but you guys floored me. Great job!

My trusty GHDs stopped working after owning then for 7+ years. I tried to replace them with new GHDs and cheaper alternatives but they were just not as good. I sent my broken GHDs to GHD Repair and they have repaired them to as good as new! The service was quick and very professional even refunding me when I paid for the wrong service. Recycled my old hair straighteners and company was super efficient letting me know they had received them and payed promptly with no fuss. Also felt good to recycle rather than to throw away.

Excellent, rapid service. Sent on Monday, repaired on Tuesday (with email sent on exactly what was repaired and replaced) and GHDs back with me on Wednesday in less than 48 hours! Cheaper then other sites as well, just perfect!

What an amazing service! Repaired and returned within 2 days even with a mail strike going on! My GHD's are working like brand new. Highly recommend this company.
