I have purchased from Bath and Unwind over quite a number of years. They stock a lot of brands that i use/would like to try. The website is easy to navigate, and prices are on par with other suppliers. As i had some credit, i thought it was about time i treated myself to some old favourites, and check in with Bath & Unwind after a few years apart.....

Very poor customer service. I’ve had to chase and ask about whether I would be refunded the additional amount I paid for the quicker delivery which was not fulfilled - to this day they’re ignoring my question. Sick and tired of chasing and waiting. Product they sent was also damaged, they’ve asked me to return it in bubble wrap, the irony is that they didn’t send it in bubble wrap or any protective material. Life is already busy, difficult and tedious, I don’t need additional headaches unnecessarily. Wish I had read the reviews here before purchasing anything. My first and most def my last order from this company. I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but sometimes people need to be warned.

Efficient delivery and good offer

Product is great unfortunately it took a long time to arrive not sure why. I will say that customer services were very helpful

I ordered a product for someone who was travelling abroad on 24th July 2024. To make sure this will arrive on time, I paid an extra £3.99 for the deliver of latest 20th June 2024. I waited patiently until Friday 21st June 2024 but then as there was no telephone number, I had to sent several contact forms but didn’t get anywhere. I eventually received the goods on 24th June 2024 after all the stress. I asked the company to refund the extra £3.99 that I paid for quick delivery but no refund has been made so far but I hope that someone will sort this out as I won’t forget about this and will continue chasing it up. Very disappointed!!!!
