Lovely lovely selection of products. Good offers can be found. Nicely packaged and speedily despatched. And always stock my fave hand wash when I’m feeling flush 😆 My only issue is that I don’t know how to use my points earned. I think I may have done two accounts or something. But other than that. Great.

I got my products quickly and in full. One of the places I can get Olverum a favourite for over 30 years. And the hair bag offer was good to sample new products. Disappointed by the Olverum body wash smell though. A shadow of the bath oil

Order arrived damaged and of poor quality. Have sent two emails, I chat type message and no response. I will not be stuck with items I’m unhappy with. This customer service is appalling. There should be a telephone number where you can discuss your issues. I want a refund ASAP.
On this occasion.... Excellent!
My experience on this occasion was very good which made up totally from the last. Further to that, when something goes wrong, Bath & Unwind really do their best to make things right. Admittedly I am stubborn and a hard person to please so well done. Specifically about this order I got a discounted Aesop product which was further discounted, aswell as a mini 30ml Kevin Murphy product (which actually has enough to be used as a sample over a period of time rather than a one off use sample) love this! Thank you!

Late delivery
Paid for 1 - 2 days delivery but item didn’t arrive until 4 days later. It’s not really acceptable to take payment for speedier delivery if unable to fulfil this. I can see from the reviews that this has happened before.

Customer service non-existing, have sent 2 emails from their website 'contact us portal' with video proof of the faulty item, which was not cheap but heard nothing back so stuck with a faulty item which is very frustrating.
