Hello I have been a client since July 2018 and have had a miserable time of it. I have lost all faith and trust in this company. I am being sued and now have a garnishment to contend with. If I could leave and get all my money back I would. They have no rush in trying to get settlements before courts are involved. I would not recommend this company. I could have done this bad on my own. If someone out there can help me at Anchor please reach out! I am desperate!

Doing there best to help solving and reaching best deals with creditors. I recommend them to any one in credit cart debt . They will find solutions for call them ASAP

Worst customer service I have EVER received in my life!!!!!! I NEVER receive a response back even though I am told every single time someone will contact me back. The issues I call regarding never get addressed but your company is sure quick to take my money. I am ready to contact a lawyer and take legal action against your company for breach of contract.

Megan was super helpful today. We stayed on the phone for 49 minutes while we tried to work out some issues I was having. She was super calm and sweet and I appreciate her trying her best to help me even though the outcome has not been resolved yet.

Shawn was very helpful and courteous during our discussion. He listened to what I was saying and gave great input. When needed, Shawn consulted with other staff members to get the best information possible.

Anchor messed up the payments/negotiation of one of ,y cards and resulted in a levy which money was taken from my checking account due to their negligence and breach of our contract. We help support ,y son and his family which includes a,child with cancer and need every penny
