The costumer services is pour no answer…

The costumer services is pour no answer in decent time. People working on my case just playing with me don’t take time to update or give you options in 2 years this two months are a nightmare for me I don’t recommend.

Buen día ! He llamado porque tengo 4 ordenes en la corte , dos años pagando mensualmente $592 y no veo resultados ! Nadie me dice donde está mi dinero son más de $15 mil dólares . Lo único que han liquidado son dos tarjetas de crédito ! Y veo que no soy solo yo la del problema. TODOS LOS COMENTARIOS SON MALOS, me han estafado ? Necesito un resumen de mis cuentas y del dinero que he pagado ! Si salgo del programa de supone me dan de regreso mi dinero ! Que alguien me de una respuesta

Customer Service

The customer service representative that I talked to was very good. My problem is I sent in paperwork to pay off my program and little did I know that my email would sit for 24 to 48 business day hours ( 3 to 6 days) This was not clearly defined in the emails that were sent for me to sign and send back to you and GCS.

I am having a hard time with this new…

I am having a hard time with this new process and the way clients are being treated. This has nothing bbn to do with this last call but one out of five calls is decents and you get help the rest will belittle the client or just be flat out disrespectful. I came to this program to get help and when I need help and am getting pulled into court because no one is taking this serious. I now have to go to court with absolutely no support from Anchor. I have NEVER been brought to court. After three years where the first two were decent I will never re commend Anchor to anyone. Due to this last year with Anchor I have had to start counseling for my personnel health for the first time in my life. Thanks!!
