Very helpful and knowledgeable

I would put zero stars if I could. I have called and called and called and nothing gets done ever. I am so sick of being used by this company. They haven't fulfilled any of their promises or even held up their end of the contract. I have an account with Capital one that it has been 4 months since receiving a settlement for and Anchor refuses to release the funds from my account. I don't understand this company's complete and utter disregard for their client. I have followed all of their instructions and just keep getting screwed over by them. I am being garnished as well because they dropped the ball several times with my accounts. I cannot stress enough that if you want to remain sane and have your debt taken care of, then stay away from this company. It has caused me to sink further into debt and my health has declined from the stress as well. You are better off battling creditors alone than with them.

My experience with Christopher was extremely good!! He was so caring and patiently listening and took my worries today. It was my lucky day to speak to him and have him help me with my concerns. He actually took my doubts about the company away. Thank you and thank you!!!
