This is a honest review for anyone trying or considering medical Cannabis. I’ve recently purchased a prescription with Releaf, after taking 6 months away from the clinic. - still awaiting delivery. Main reason I left is the platform. The site was very buggy. I was prescribed 30g allowance of flower but only wanted to checkout with 20g. However due to the site being buggy it charged for the whole 30g. I did try to get in touch immediately and was told by customer support there was nothing that can be done. Which I now find quite interesting as I have read a negative review on here from a clearly distressed gentleman named Lloyd and they seemed to have no issue cancelling his order and refunding his money. Albeit I feel that was more to spite the distressed gentleman than anything else. Another issue was that they did just chop and change your prescription after your first few consultations. I never purchased anything other than the strains advised and requested in consultation, so I couldn’t speak to the quality of the strain changes. The reason I decided to go back to releaf is every prescription I have received has been top quality from releaf. I couldn’t speak to the prices of other providers, but what I will say about releaf products is that they are high quality and clean. In comparison to street prices, and even commercial such as Amsterdam coffee shops, the price for me does reflect the quality. When reading other reviews be sure to make a note of whether they’ve used the term “customer” or “patient”. All honesty I do get more cartel vibes than clinic. And it seems “customers” are happy more than “patients”. But I do believe in medical cannabis, and every prescription I’ve had from releaf, has been top quality, and has worked as discussed in consultations. However a reminder, I haven’t purchased a strain without discussing it first, so I would advise if they have changed strains on your prescription to talk to them first. P.s - I would recommend you do your own research on vapes and not just buy from their website. Although the vape product i originally had is no longer for sale and they have upgraded, the vape “omura series 1” was rubbish. Edit - back down to 3 sorry. Paid for the order on Wednesday morning and 72 hours later still not shipped. They do offer a 2-4 day guarantee but go back on this guarantee by saying it can be 5-7 days. And they do recommend you purchase 7-10 days ahead of schedule. So just note that the 2-4 day guarantee isn’t actually a guarantee at all.

Spoke with Tegan today who went above and beyond to help me with my query. She helped me with my identity check and sent me a link over for a citizens card so that I could get one before my consultation takes place. I panicked as i didn't think I would be able to have my consultation without the I.D I had another email from another member of staff who just told me that my consultation wouldn't be able to take place without the I.D but did not send no link as to how I could do so. So thank you to Tegan for your help and providing me with that link and being very kind and friendly! Hopefully my consultantion will take place Friday :)

My experience with Releaf as a new patient has been excellent. The doctors actually listen and the appointment times are much better than anything you would currently get with a local GP. My appointment was for 20 mins but lasted nearly 40 mins. The website is very clear and easy to manage and the time from purchase to your door is very quick, only took 2 days for my meds to arrive. I’d definitely recommend Releaf to anyone thinking about using medical cannabis, it really can be life changing.
