Releaf has made the whole process of getting my prescription seem effortless they have been so much help and are very quick and responsive at getting back to me. Dr Imran Ali was also very helpful and great to talk to. I would definitely recommend

more direct contact needed

very helpful in telling me the next steps I need to take to hopefully release my prescription after I had to contact them to find out what the delay is for as it was not made very clear at all in my account dashboard. it would be very helpful (especially for those of us not good with technology) if they could contact patients directly if there is a problem or a delay. other than that I am pleased with the clinic so far and am looking forward to being approved and receiving my prescription

I was seen by Dr Imran Ali. I found him to be thorough without being intrusive. He was someone I felt comfortable talking to about the issues I have.

Consultation with Dr Ali

The consultation with Dr Ali was very professional and informative. We discussed my medical history and what tools I'm currently using to cope with my anxiety, which includes daily mindfulness meditation. Have Releaf thought about including information on this type of thing as a complimentary addition to the services you already provide. We did go over the allocated time for the consultation, so the time slots maybe need reviewed for these sessions, but I appreciate Dr Ali's professionalism in this regard, he was very patient and very helpful.

Poor service…

Been waiting over a week on my prescription and when I realised it was late I wrong and was told it would be here on Saturday. It isn't but they are ofcourse closed on a Saturday. Don't understand how the underfunded NHS can get a prescription out in 48 hours and a private company charging huge fees can't.
