I had my consultation with Hannah and I couldn’t have been listened too and understood more. She was professional, supportive and understanding. My appointment wasn’t rushed and we spent a good 40/50 minutes going through everything. Hannah is a rheumatologist and she really helped me with not just this consultation but why I may be in pain also. She’s given me the confidence that things will get better, I just need to do my part and chase up my own doctor. I’m really happy that I can also have a natural pain killer as opposed to pharmaceuticals because what I’ve been prescribed so far is not helping. I also spoke to Hayley on the phone and she was delightful to talk too, she helped answer my query that I forgot to ask at my consultation with no hesitation. I cannot recommend these guys enough. Small steps but I’m sure they’ll make a massive difference. Thankyou again 🙏

I’ve just started with releaf (been with them for a few weeks) so far the customer support team and the clinician i have spoken with have been kind and understanding. They are quick to respond and you only have to wait a week at most for virtual clinician meetings which is very handy when changing doses etc with a very temperamental treatment such as cannabis. I will be back to leave an updated review after a couple more weeks with the brand after i’ve tried their products and been with them longer for a more comprehensive review, but as of 3 weeks it has been very easy and simple!

I was very sceptical of using Releaf, and on the medical cannabis companies in general, but let me tell you this has changed my life. My initial consultation was all focused on my particular circumstances (chronic pain) and the doctor understood that I have been using flower for many years to alleviate this. He steered me towards a daytime and nigh time flower which contains CBG, both of which are significantly better quality than I could obtain from the street. My orders arrive within 48 hours (I even ordered on the 23rd december and received it on the 24th December) and the subsequent consultations have been to help me tweak and improve my prescription. I use so much less flower than I did previously because the quality is superb. I cannot praise RELEAF enough. They do exactly what they promise and all it took was providing them with my doctors email address. The cost will be prohibitive to some people but I feel it is well worth it.

The experience that I have had so far with Releaf is great - excellent customer service and a prescription that matches my needs. I have in two weeks alone been able to see a positive difference in how the treatment helps me with getting better sleep, as well as overall feeling more relaxed and at ease. I receive prompt replies when I email with queries, and very helpful information. Highly recommended as an alternative way of finding help to some ailments.

Really impressed with the service I received. From the initial contact, the speed with which they reviewed my medical records, the thoroughness of the consultation, to the aftercare provided. Would really recommend them to anyone requiring their service. Only thing I would add, I found it useful to research the right vapouriser for my needs. Zeus Arc S, so simple to use. Hub gets you a grinder, which is easy on the hands and automatically fills the single dose pod at the same time (which are fully reusable). Highly recommend! Sorry Releaf that it isn't the one's you have in your shop but recommend your purchasing dept. have a look due to the amount of high ratings it gets. Was prescribed BB-T7, first time in the last 5 years I've spent 4 hours without nagging and often debilitating pain. I cooked dinner from scratch and actually enjoyed eating it for a change. Also I don't feel stoned, which was always my worry about starting this treatment, in fact I've achieved more this afternoon and evening than I've done in a long time. Thank you Releaf
