I've been with Releaf for a few months now and the service has been excellent. Staff have all been lovely and products are delivered very quickly. I pay for the monthly subscription which includes all appointments and fees and find this helpful as I know what I'm paying each month in addition to my prescription.

I chose Relief due to the fact they grow their own clean flower in UK that is non irradiated. I signed up to Relief 6 months ago and it has been a good experience for me. I was in much chronic pain and an absolute crab at the start of my journey. I am delighted to say that Reliefs flowers and oil have worked really well with my chronic pain and chronic health conditions. The staff and Doctors are so supportive and knowledgeable., Dr Crystal is understanding and kind. Dr Tang helped me overcome my allergic reaction flare ups, by prescribing me the correct oil. Dr Tang also pointed me in the right direction to get further help, advice and knowledge. The berry 7.10 works amazing for my back pain for day use & t25 for pain, anxiety and low appetite, for evening use, alongside a tiny amount of 10.10 oil. No delivery issues. Arrives around 5 days from purchase of prescription. Customer service staff are all exceptionally professional and a delight to communicate with. The whole team are super polite and friendly. We often get a good giggle too and laughter is indeed healing. Hayley and Rebecca have been beyond kind to me and supported me with emotional upset from anxiety at the beginning. You are guided through the whole process and they are there daily if you need that level of support. I have had many appointments with my membership which is worth it. The level of support and guidance is outstanding. The team also split my prescription up for me so I do not have to purchase all in one go. I just call up to request this and it makes my life easier. When I signed up last year, I got a discount and a free starter kit. Keep eye out for new promotions for products and services as there is always something on the go. I enjoy filling my flower-sticks, I find it therapeutic. I like the flower-sticks as it puts a barrier between vaporiser device and my mouth. I like that. They have other vaporisers which do not require flower sticks, these are indeed optional. I personally do like the flower-sticks. For me it’s about a clean fresh product that is grown in UK, it hasn’t travelled around the world! With no fillers, binders, rpgs, gama and beta radiations and freely flushed of all chemicals. Relief is the only clinic that I can find that does this. I will be sticking with Relief as I want only clean NON-IRRADIATED FLOWER. Free from radiation and grown in uk. This is of high importance to me. You get what you pay for at the end of the day. I want only premium quality and nothing else will do. This is about our health after all. Releaf in my opinion has some old school values that many companies do not have these days. That is customer focused. Always on hand to help with any questions/issues. Always focused on my health and put me at ease with any worries or queries.

Super easy to join and the quality of the flower was good. Mac3 is paticularly nice and the flower has been freeze cured, which makes it combust really cleanly
