Releaf, its medical, pharmaceutical, admin and sales staff are highly trained efficient, responsible, professional, honest, kind and non-judgemental. I'd like to thank Hannah Jones in particular for being so kind to me! It's this approach that made me such a loyal user; their example is also helping dispell the stigma attached to using medication derived from Cannabis!

The doctors at Releaf are genuinely lovely and knowledgeable and listen to what you need. The patient support team are fabulous (esp Tegan who helped me with some order admin promptly and was super lovely to talk to). Highly recommend the efficacy and ease of use of the medication. I moved to England from America where I had a medical prescription in the state of Mississippi (Believe it or not, lol). I really had no path forward to obtaining marijuana except for Releaf. They have been such a valuable resource (And the only one I'm aware of) living in Brighton. The physicians I meet with to discuss my needs/prescriptions are incredibly nice and understanding, and the patient support services from the Releaf team have been prompt and helpful. Thank you, Lucy Davies, for helping me every time I reach out. I cannot recommend Releaf more to anyone interested in obtaining a medical license if you have the right diagnosis. Mine is chronic pain and my prescriptions have greatly helped to alleviate that pain. Thank you, Releaf!

The other company I enquired with didn't reach back out to me, I hadn't even booked an appointment with Releaf just made an account and they reached out to me and provided me with excellent service. Highly recommended! I'm in the UK but using an american device which is why my review says it's in the US.

First time using the company, due to my address move and proof of new address and the GP requesting conditions and symptoms that added a couple of extra days onto progressing with my order, Leah called me personally and refunded my consultation fee and sorted everything out for me. Consultation process was simple, straightforward and prompt. Happy with my prescription as I've weaned off Duloxetine for Fibromyalgia and depression, stopped propranolol for anxiety and haven't taken a single painkiller (usually cocodamol) since my first prescription in October.

Absolute outstanding service not the cheapest but you pay for what you get very polite helpful staff you will not be disappointed.

Staff were very helpful working through my admin issues. Doctors have been understanding. Delivery was exactly as described. The welcome package was very snazzy. The prescription is very good quality and has had a positive effect already. Update. Got sent terrible quality medication second month. Jet Fuel Gelato. Tiny buds. Squashed. Smelled like hay and nothing else. No medicinal effect. Sent photos of obviously dead, brown buds and was told looks fine. No useful support. Can no longer recommend this company due to their awful customer service. I have been told by them that it looks fine and to deal with it! Have begun looking into a different clinic
