I’ve been scammed. I was told I was eligible based on having two anxiety treatments. I paid, had the appointment, they contacted my GP but called me after and said they didn’t get what they need. They need to see the evidence of the treatments. I requested from my GP. I had my appointment with the Releaf doctor before the documentation was ready. He said I need to show evidence of the treatments. My prescription was not delivered while waiting for this. I provided the documentation less than a week later and someone on the platform replies they need evidence I attended the therapy sessions and I also need a formal diagnosis from my GP. I shared a sick note showing panic attacks and another showing mental health issues and an email from my therapist saying here’s some more info on what we discussed earlier. Yet it wasn’t enough. A complete change of goalposts after I’ve already provided my medical information. I’ve double checked their website and it still says I’m eligible based on two treatments. This has been a massive waste of my time and I’m now concerned about my records.

Hayley was an absolute pleasure to speak to. She was attentive, understanding and so helpful. All of the staff at Releaf are great. Always straight to the point, gets the job done and also always allow for you to discuss anything in full confidence without judgement.

Consultation was thorough, and I felt attention was paid to my history. The prescription was made in my best interests, and - more importantly - has worked like a dream. Some marketing to deal with (understandably), but the process has been easy.

All staff are very knowledgeable and queries are dealt with in a prompt and professional manner.
