Releaf support is abysmal. Having had so much hassle in getting a travel letter, the prescription detailed in it was entirely wrong. Then somehow although I told them on Tuesday I wouldn’t be in until Friday and needed delivery then, they failed to take the correct action within their own procedures to get the medication back in time to guarantee them sending me out medication for tomorrow. What was most interesting in this is that they imply in emails it’s my fault. A bit rich given that the only notification I have received is from courier and they kept telling me to contact them even though Releaf knew they couldn’t keep the medication until Friday and also should know that the courier can only take instructions from Releaf. There’s no respect for customers time. About 3 hours I have wasted this week

The consultation was conducted on time, in a professional manner by a qualified and friendly specialist. Treatment plan and prescriptions issued in timely manner. Very satisfied this far

dpd are useless they still have the parcel i have been on holiday they were suppose to deliver it today someone was commonly to find out it’s still with them i ask them to send it back to you can you send it out via post office is royal mail i might get it ? i will be back on sunday till wednesday night then i will be away till monday
