Very helpful and quick to reply to my emails. the quality of the flower is very nice in my opinion but the only thing is the prices are a little bit high in my opinion

I found the process of medical records submission frustrating: there is no way of posting in hard copies and although Releaf knew I was away for Xmas and could do nothing I was plagued with chase up emails on this. I find the membership structure confusing: I don’t yet understand what happens if I want to skip a month I have not yet tried the medication.

Absolutely fantastic. I’d no idea there companies like this and also legal. Helped me immensely and I’m grateful. It’s a relatively simple process, fill in the form, book your consultation and get your prescription if approved. The doctor was professional and very friendly and approachable. She discussed the treatments that would be right for my illness and prescribed it. I wish it was available on the NHS as it’s not cheap. That’s the only downside for me. It won’t stop me using this as it helps immensely. I’d definitely recommend this company and will keep using them.

Very professional company. The consultants are very knowledgeable and helpful. The products arrived quickly. The patient support team are always friendly and get back as soon as they can with any questions you ask.

I provided all the info I could, and sent two emails requesting clarification. I was told over the phone not to worry. Spoke to the doctor and was issued a prescription. But was then told I hadnt given sufficient information so i couldnt have my prescription. So why did I waste my time and money seeing their doctor ? I requested my money back, but have received nothing!
