Exceeded all expectations

Releaf have been very polite, helpful and responsive. This was my first time and after a long delay by my NHS GP in providing a letter there were some items no longer in stock on my perscription. I didn't expect a response until Monday when raising an issue with my perscription on Friday evening after 5pm, but by Sautrday night not only had they responded, but my perscription had been re-issued correctly and all items were delivered on the Tuesday. I really couldn't have asked for more and they have certainly exceeded my expectations.

I did have a little trouble with my…

I did have a little trouble with my last prescription. As I did not hear when they tried to deliver to me, this happened twice. Hopefully next time they will knock my door a bit harder, so my dogs will also let me know. Other than that they were helpful over the phone when I called to find out how I missed the delivery two days running.

Sent a syringe that was too small…

Edited Sent a syringe that was too small diameter to fit firmly into the hole in the plastic stopper. I can't emphasise how big a problem this is. I am losing more liquid than I am using. Now resolved to my satisfaction.

Poorly addressed my issues

Seems they're more interested in picking apart the diagnoses and treatments recommended by my previous GP than addressing the issue I initially contacted them for. They advised me to get re-diagnosed for Athereoschlerosis treatment! I mean, 6 months of hospital diagnoses, CAT scans and echos, and I actually looked to them for pain relief! Bah.
