Prompt, courteous and professional service, amazing!

I've been with releaf for 3 months now and I can not fault them.

I found releaf on a Google search I am so glad I did.i was at the time a agrophpic for 10 years and weighed 32 stone .with releafs medication I am now albe to go outside and because of this now weigh 23 stone .saved my life .fantastic.

I booked my consultation and had a date that was within a couple of weeks which is far quicker than I thought. When my consultation date arrived I was greeted by an incredibly kind, compassionate and helpful doctor named Alex, he outlined all steps that would be needed in a clear and easy to understand way. I faced a little problem with uploading documents required and was helped by Hayley, who was professional, efficient and helpful; they both ensured the process was smooth, easily understood and quick. I’d highly recommend to anyone who feels this may be a helpful process.

Calling enabled connection to a professional courteous staff member quickly. They were also able to help directly across two diverse situations. The call was followed up by an email which was easy to understand and act on. What a relief!

Helped straight away

I had my second consultation at Releaf and was given an appointment with a neurologist. At first I thought this was a great thing, as my main issue is RLS, which is the remit of neurologist. However, the Dr I spoke to knew little of RLS (which to be fair, is not uncommon in the UK). However what he lacked in knowledge, he made up for in a very condescending tone and essentially laughed at me suggesting I'm not normal. Given the state of the struggles I was expressing, this not only surprised me, but made me quite angry. I guess he had trouble with my questioning him, and he hung up on me! Terrible beside manner, and not very resilient. Maybe he just had a bad day, but that, in combination with the fact you can get excellent service with the same quality product elsewhere at a FAR cheaper price, has made me cancel my subscription to this service.

i found the DR very helpful and understanding, was full of knowledge and was able to answer all my questions.
