Overpriced!

While they offer a subscription plan called ReLeaf Plus (£40/month), which is cheaper over the year (£540) compared to their pay-as-you-go option (£640), the overall cost is still significantly higher than other clinics. One major issue is the overpricing of flower. Although I was prescribed 10g of flower priced at £6.50 per gram, ReLeaf charges subscribers £8 per gram. Moreover, my experience with the doctor during my second consultation was unprofessional. When I raised my concerns, she dismissively suggested I look elsewhere and failed to increase my dosage despite our discussion about doing so. Thankfully, customer service addressed this issue promptly, but it shouldn't have been necessary. I hope they consider improving their pricing.

Uncertain if this is legit or not

Uncertain if this is legit or not. I booked and paid for a consultation (Black Friday sale £19.99) I’m getting texts to say I need to login and issue my ID or my consultation will be cancelled. Every time I login it’s asking me to book and pay again.

Professional and helpful.

I found the phone staff great, helpful and caring. Also the consultant was thorough and helpful. I felt heard and listened to in regards to my issues and concerns regarding cannabis as it was my last resort approach to pain relief and was cautious as never used before. So being able to go at my own pace with product and having options where I am comfortable.

Problems with system and non responsive

I booked under the black friday offer however I can't access my account without being prompted to pay again as I need to change my appointment, despite emailing them telling them this I have not had a satisfactory response yet so I do not recommend them at the moment unless they deal with my enquiry properly.

A very professional service

A very professional service from the outset. Dr Ali explained everything I needed to know in a friendly and open manner. I'm extremely happy with Releaf and all of the help provided. I would highly recommend.

Good overall experience.

Seems like a professional business. Prices were a bit higher than expected. Would also be nice to have more advice on purchasing a vape, as I had no prior experience and had to do a lot of research. Ended up getting the Xmax V3 Pro. The onboarding process was pretty seamless. The doctors I have spoken to have been very sympathetic, professional and knowledgeable. The quality of the oil and flower are very high. Only reason I docked a star is the price and subscription structure.

Very good communication throughout

Very good communication throughout. Reviews are met timely. Good at what I need for my health issues. It would be good if the monthly subscription was cheaper as other companies are quite competitive with this. More information on other vapourisers to use would be good.
