Releaf has changed my life & the way I live. Before Releaf I struggled daily with depression and widespread pain. Now I'm using this service it has changed everything, my mood, my pain etc. I have used it since July, now I am glad I made the leap. The service is definitely 5star. Highly recommend Releaf

Amazing. I did my research and had all my documentation ready, but I think it took a week or less since my first appointment to get my first prescription delivered. The doctor's appointment was professional and patient oriented. Afterwards I saw the document that the doctor uploaded to my account and also sent to my GP, which was extensive and thorough. The license card also gives me a strong peace of mind. I don't have enough words to state how happy I am with Releaf's service. :)

Great company that really do care how you are and go very in depth into you needs to help you . Always there at the end of the phone , I have got loads of people suffering from chronic pain and other conditions to give them a go . Couldn't rate them any higher I am so happy I went with releaf they are definitely helping me 👍
Remarkable
So Far so good, great communication, managed to retrieve my medical records within 24hrs, so start of process to getting a consultation and then prescription was less than a week ! I have nothing to complain about, great work.

Releaf has been fantastic! My doctor was understanding and compassionate, especially when I shared more details about my actual needs. They adjusted my flower and oil prescriptions to perfectly match my requirements, helping with sleep, anxiety, and pain. The process was smooth, and the team was nonjudgmental and supportive throughout. Releaf truly focuses on personalized care, and I can’t recommend them enough!

Initial consultation was straight…
Initial consultation was straight forward however after that things started to go wrong. The 'admin team' for some reason had already made a invoice for the prescribed medication of 40g and oil (before I even knew the price) or had chosen what I wanted. Nobody but 1 agent (Tegan) seemed to know what they're doing. Medication had been prescribed on 20th Nov 24 and recieved on 3 Dec 24.. Furthermore the flower I had chosen to try (4c Labs Pink Kush) at £8 per gram is nearly dead, so I would advise anyone to first try the flower before ordering your full prescription. Once I've finally recieved my medication, it was brittle and looked old. 0 strength even though THC was supposedly 21%.. and to add salt to wound, the same flower is available from as little as £6 per gram from 3 different medical clinics!!! (My mistake for not looking around) Didn't help with sleep as I was told it would....i would have returned the medication if it were possible, I will be looking to change clinics unfortunately especially with the quality of the flower I recieved.

I accept that releaf has refunded me for an un opened item without me having to pay a return fee, however I am disgraced at the lack of real medical advice and thorough medical screening for a controlled drug. I didn't wish to have a further consultation or be recompensed for the dry vapour that had only the outer film removed as I had a horrendous reaction to the drug and upon speaking with someone from the company I neither wanted recompensed by way of a 3 month subscription as the drug is very. Potent and I told them I didn't want to use it. I was told to dispose of the drug at a pharmacy however they would not accept so my mum had to throw in down the drain. Appaling. I wish to cancel any further subscription and any future emails and text offers. It's clear from the reduction in treatment cost that fewer people are choosing to chance such a shoddy performance by so called qualified doctors on a 15minute zoom call, during which the Doctor I spoke to was so unprofessional he was eating a chocolate biscuit during the consultation..I would like a 50pound refund or I will be taking this further. After the reply I got saying you have watched the 30minute consultation which may well have been but he was 10 mins late and was definitely biting into a chocolate biscuit. You are clearly lying and I will be taking this further. You are exploiting vulnerable people.
