What a helpful easy service this has been for me so far in the build up to my first consultation. There's been very few times I have ever experienced exceptional customer service from companies but this is all I have received from Releaf from day 1. I've spoken to both Amber & Rebecca at reception & these ladies are incredibly helpful, polite & friendly. I couldn't have asked for better people to deal with, they are bringing back the incredible customer service we used to have in this Country before it turned cold and abrupt. Releaf has been life changing for me I've been a releaf patient for over 6 months and it's been a genuine pleasure. I was apprehensive initially as I wasn't sure if this treatment would work for me - but I can honestly say it's drastically improved my quality of life. The clinic are quick to respond to any queries, it's painfully easy to get an appointment quickly, and the service provided when dispatching medicine is top notch. I'm mindful that there are other providers out there that are cheaper, however, the service provided by releaf has been second to none - and that's what you pay for.

Not got any prescription yet, but the application has been so easy, and Releaf's customer service is professional, helpful, I wish I knew about this sooner.

So far the experience has been great. I’m not receiving treatment yet but customer service has been flawless so far. Both administrators and health professionals have been amazingly welcoming, supportive, and patient during this process. I suffer badly with anxiety but they’ve made it as easy as possible for me and it’s very appreciated. With special mention to Tegan Brick- they’ve been most friendly and helpful.

Excellent service provided by relief very knowledgeable and quick to reply to any messages sent. Medication delivered with no problems at all. Very professional how they treat patients not judgemental at all. Kind and considerate when speaking over the phone will try their very best to sort out any issues you have. The only issue I had is with myself for not contacting relief a lot sooner than I did. Thank you Releaf team.
