Been with Releaf for 4/5 months every…

Been with Releaf for 4/5 months every interaction with them has been positive. My sleep and pain issues since have improved massively. Even my partner has noticed a huge improvement with being able to function during the day due to a healthy sleep pattern. My quality of life has been improved thanks to Releaf.

I initially went with another clinic…

I initially went with another clinic and got knocked back, I then switched to Releaf because of their money-back guarantee. After applying, I had my consultation within two weeks, and my prescription was in my hands just days later. Each clinic has pros and cons. Releaf does tend to steer you toward oral cannabis, which is expensive—and made by a competitor, ironically. It didn’t work for me and was costly, but they took my feedback and removed it from my script. I doubt it really expires in "30 days", so I will find a use for it. Yes, their flower prices are a bit higher than others, and much of it is sourced from the UK, which doesn’t bother me—good quality is good quality. Some comes from the USA (not much better than the UK stuff in my opinion) and recently some stunning flower from South Africa have been on offer. I haven’t had many stock issues, and delivery is nearly next day now. You read about many delivery and stock issues with the cheaper clinics! The main thing for me was getting a medical prescription, which has been life-changing. There’s still some stigma, but the world is changing regarding cannabis as medicine. Overall, Releaf offers a friendly, professional service. Debating who has the best weed, prices, or delivery times could go on, but I’m just grateful not to be self-medicating outside the law.

I’m very happy for the support team for…everything they have done for me, kind regards to all who helped me

I’m very happy for the support team for the help received, the oil and flower I received works great for my sleep spinal pain cramps etc. I would advise anyone who suffers with these symptoms should start with a strong prescription and it’s to much then come down with guided therapy with the doctor or support team as you can talk for longer about any symptoms you may have forgotten or feel embarrassed about with the support team. Kind regards to all who have helped me get to the right level.

The unsung heros of the patient support team.

I spoke to three members of your patient support team today. They were comforting, understanding, clear and informative I made several calles due to a technical issue. I was reassured and helped, I applied this morning and by the end of business day all stages of the process had been completed. I am currently awaiting my consultation appointment, So far I have 0 complaints about the patient support team that helped me or the application process at all. Stay tuned for updates on the rest of my experience. (Teegan, Leah & The very helpful male employee I spoke to who's name has escaped me. Thank you all for going above and beyond today, at the start of this process I was nervous now I have 0 hesitation calling if I have a question or just want an update.) I appreciate customer service like what you offered me today the understanding kindness and support i received for my situation was overwhelming give these people a raise we need more like you!

Fantastic Clinic - 10/10 👏🏼

I have been using Releaf’s services now for nearly six months; I cannot thank Releaf enough for the outstanding team that they are, and for the service provided. They have been lovely and supportive all the way. I’ve been having a few personal struggles recently and I am so very grateful with how understanding, explanatory, concise and clear they have been when dealing with my medication, truly breathtaking!
