Everything about Releaf uk is Fantastic, I did alot of research about medical cannabis and other medical cannabis centers before I chose Releaf uk, I found Releaf uk ticks several boxes so beneficial to suit your individual needs. Period! I suffer from a rare bone disease in which there no cure for and no other medication has worked managing my daily Chronic Pain, which leads to so many other daily issues. I've seen several specialists over the years which has just led to months of appointments then surgery. I signed up with Releaf uk and I had my consultation and was worth every penny I also signed up for monthly subscription 39.99 a month you must be a fool not to! the rewards again are so beneficial in the long run. The Doctors I have guided and supported me through the medication I need which was very supportive to know your being dealt with in a professional manner. The support team are very helpful always get back to you, which again puts your mind atease knowing they care about who there dealing with. The treatment and medication is working better than any Pain killer, therapy or treatment I've had elsewhere. Releaf uk I can't thank you or your team of Specialists and Doctors enough. Such a Highly Proffesional service provided. Finally getting on with a better quality of life. That's what it's all about. Thankyou!
Overall Great Service
Overall, Releaf provides exceptional customer service. They are responsive and answer quickly. The doctors I have spoken to are beneficial, and if I have an issue, I can reach out to Releaf for support. Using the medication (I take oil for sleep issues) has been primarily effective, and that has been a life changer. Sometimes, I am confused when I write to a particular person about something and another person answers. I would like to know if this might impact effectiveness. For example, recently, someone queried me when I asked for a travel letter, and I was told that I had not ordered medication since January, so the system would not let me order it. However, that was incorrect. I had last ordered it in March! The customer service person responded effectively, but then I received a message from Releaf that it was time to re-order my prescription. It was not. When I pointed this out to customer service (as it made me feel uncomfortable that this prescription information was erroneous,) no one addressed it with me. However, I give them five stars because they intend to provide excellent customer service. Maybe there are a few kinks to work out.
Great service and what a help
I’d done a lot of research prior to joining Releaf, but decided to take the plunge even though it’s more expensive than a lot of competitors. I’m extremely happy with all aspects of the service received and feel like paying the premium is worth it in a lot of ways. I like the functionality and ease of the customer portal which keeps you updated with your prescription and onboarding progress. The encounters I’ve had with the patient support staff have been very successful, Tegan was incredibly helpful on the phone and clearly knew the companies operations procedures which enabled me to receive my prescription quickly (after an unfortunate delay); clearly very initiative staff.

I attended my initial consultation last month with Dr Mivy who was just so informative and supportive and very knowledgeable about my condition and oil. Just talking to the Dr alone really gave hope. I have suffered from Chronic pain, OCD and Sciatica for 13 years as well many other conditions which left me hopeless and in constant agony. I didn’t have the quality of life I wanted and now feel such a positive drive to do better and focus on myself knowing I have a supportive Dr to talk to who can understand my pains. No question was left unanswered and I was amazed at how caring and supportive he was throughout the consultation. Most importantly I felt safe and heard which you can’t get elsewhere. I look forward to my future with Releaf.

Somehow worse than Curaleaf
I was with Curaleaf and wasn't happy with their service. Boy was I wrong to switch to releaf Releaf are awful. The day before my appointment they bombard me with emails saying I haven't provided enough proof. No matter what I provided wasn't enough. They claimed my surgery had refused to send them a summary of care, made me call and complain sevearl times, only to find out the surgery had sent the summary of care. They weren't lying or refusing as Releaf claimed. Now everyone at my surgery knows that I want medical canabis and is mad at me ... which is humiliating Secondly, the day of the appointment comes. I can't join because of their web based meeting software needed me to activate the camera manually but the isntructions on screen didn't work. I switched devices. Same issue. Switched browsers. Same issue. GP left the meeting and it had to be rescheduled. The instructions to fix it didn't fix it. I had to figure it out myself by manually go into site settings and allowing the camera for the website. Thirdly, another batch of emails -- we need proof of a seocnd treatment or your treatment won't go ahead. WTF? I already filled all this stuff in, and gave them access to medical records via the GP ages ago. Why again at the last moment? Nevertheless, I give them what they have. Apparently sevearl prescriptions from another dispensory aren't enough They want proof of an invoice for counselling that i had years ago or they can't go ahead with treating me. Then they wanted me to contact my university to "prove" that I aso had counselling their (I explained that this was 9 years ago but they didn't care). They basically blame this entire shambles on me, say I need to go to my GP again and provide them with more proof. This is after they already have my records. I consider the the thought of going back to my GPs who are already annoyed at me because of these clowns, and said, "No, after all the stress you've put me through I'm not doing this for you again." As I told the lady on the phone, because of you guys I've gone from doing this legally to being a criminal again. Thanks for nothing
I get alot of anxiety but the…
I get alot of anxiety but the clinicians and everyone i have spoken to have been really nice and helpfull. On my 2nd month and now i can actually sleep i feel like im more able to do things with my son, more able to go out, talk to friends, but being able to sleep is lifechanging, i had quite bad insomnia but now i can sleep, and function during the day because ive slept so well. Thanks, very happy

Amazing organisation and service.
From the first contact to receiving my prescription the service has been professional, well governed and one that has filled me with confidence. The consultation was the first time since my diagnosis of arthritis in 2018 that I felt heard with regard to the pain I am experiencing. Thank you for the compassion or the consultant who met with me. Shout out to Rebecca and Tegan for the assistance on the support team. You have been great, especially with the dodgy photo on my ID card, now rectified!!! Thank you again. All in all an amazing experience and im looking forward to being with you along this journey of managing my pain a natural way.
Initially very good service
Initially very good service, extremely expensive but it helped with the pain. However I signed up for the subscription plan so I gained free delivery ,consultation and 10% off medication only to find my repeat prescription is always out of stock. Had my initial prescription at the beginning of December 24 it’s now April 25 and it’s still unavailable. Have wasted £40 per month for the subscription plan. Was offered an alternative at £30 per prescription more but at already over £200 per prescription I decided to cancel my subscription.
